Best Pumpkin Cookies Recipe
2 c. Butter, softened (4 sticks)
Preheat oven to 375° F. Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat
in the eggs one at a time. Add the pumpkin and vanilla, blending well. In a
separate bowl, combine ,the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon,
cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture, stirring well. Mix in
the raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake
in a preheated 375° F oven for 10 to 15 minutes. |

Coconut Joys
½ cup butter
Melt butter in pan. Remove from heat, add powered sugar & coconut. Mix well.
Shape into ball and make indent in center. Place on cookie sheet. Fill center
with melted chocolate. Chill until firm store in refrigerator {makes 3 dozen} |

1 pack of jello |

Holiday Crunch Bars
¾ cup butter, melted
Layer ingredients in order listed in a 9x12 baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350° or until batter bubbles and
begins to turn carmel color.
Cool; cut into small squares and serve. |

Holiday Date Nut Bars
8 oz. pitted dates, chopped
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 2 baking sheets, set aside. |

My Busias sugar cookies
In a small bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a large bowl
cream butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating
well after each addition. Stir in almond. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
Mix until smooth. Cover with waxed paper. Chill in fridge until firm enough to roll. Roll 1/3 dough at a time.
Roll ¼ ‘’ thick on lightly floured board. Use cookie cutters. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in
moderate oven at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until done and lightly brown.

TREE COOKIES
3 Eggs
Mix ingredients together til batter is magazine thin. Then take a spoon and lay out
batter. Take a tree cookie cutter and cut batter into a tree shape (unbaked) cookie.
Then put pan in the oven to 320° for 3 to 9 min or bake to a orange gold.

1 store-bought brownie mix
1. Preheat oven (check temp below)
13" by 9" pan at 350° for 26-28 min 9" by 9" pan at 350° for 35-40 min 11" by 7" pan at 325° for 40-45 min   8" by 8" pan at 325° for 50-55 min (Mrs. Claus Tip: With brownies it is best to err on the side of underdone rather than overdone) Contributed by Ashley Pitts
