Hot Chocolate

Combine and mix:
1 lb. can Hershey Instant Chocolate mix
1-8 oz. Jar dry coffee creamer
1 box instant powdered milk to make 8 quarts
½ cup powdered sugar

Mix 1/3 cup chocolate mixture with each cup of hot water. Makes about 45 cups of hot chocolate.

Hot Spiced Lemonade

Combine and mix:
1 cup lemonade mix
1 cup light brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves .

Mix thoroughly.   For 8 oz glass: use 2-3 tsp

Milk, Sugar, Vanilla

Take a cup and pour milk in it. Then get the vanilla and just add a little bit. Stir it with a spoon -- then pour a spoon of sugur or more. Stir again with the spoon. Enjoy!

Wassail

1 TBS whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Quart apple juice
46 oz pineapple juice
1 cup filtered water
12 oz can frozen orange juice,
       thawed & undiluted
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup sugar

Tie cloves and cinnamon in cheese cloth bag
Place bag and the remaining ingredients in large pot.
Stir well while bringing to a boil.
Simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Then remove spice bag. Yield 1 & ½ Gallons
